After discussion, Kim motioned that we have a list made up before next year starts of Car Shows we know our Chapter will be participating in, Dan seconded, and the motion was carried. Nick will make up a list of Car Shows that members suggest.
Shawn talked to Dave Smith of CR&C International about T-Shirts members were still waiting for. Dave Smith hasn’t called Shawn back with more information yet. Nick knows Chris De Leon of Big Time Designs in Beaumont who does great work at good prices. We must have a total of 24 clothing items (t-shirts, jackets, etc.).  Mouse will have a list available to sign up on at our September Meeting for those who would like to order from Big Time Designs.

1. 2024 year planning for major events - September meeting, be prepared to bring your events to be included - moved to October

7. Christmas party plan in October meeting
8. Each chapter too carry shirt inventory - Shawn to call to set it up
9. Shirt choices/prices from nick not be made available October meeting
